We Prioritize Everyone’s Safety

At Carolina Fab, Inc., every employee is treated like family. We value our staff members, which is why we make sure that they are protected at all times from potential dangers that are brought by the nature of our work. We maintain the safety of our employees by doing and requiring the following:

Pre-Task Plan

Before we begin on a project, our team will evaluate the task and its potential safety risk. We then implement a plan in writing to address these hazards and how to avoid them. Additionally, we have a backup plan prepared in case of an accident.

Certified Safety Training

Every employee will go through rigorous training on safety.

OSHA Training

All of our foremen should obtain a certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). They should also have received first aid, CPR, and safety training.

Equipment Training

Employees who use machinery should be certified and licensed to use that particular equipment by a training expert.

Rigger Training

All of our riggers are certified.

We Work Closely With You

Our team maintains strong communication with our clients throughout the process. We will inform you of the scope of work involved with your installation project to eliminate as many scheduling conflicts as possible. You can count on us to help you with determining scope durations, and we’ll work hard to meet the deadline of your construction project or finish it earlier.
